工作地点： 慕尼黑

工作内容：

协调公司项目管理开发，负责投标前服务支持工作（投标策略，解决方案等）投标工作顺利进行。以下是工作内容简述。


l   Support major projects (includingProject bidding management，Solution design, SOC and so on);

l   Be able to independently develop and manage the bidding documentsand execute the bidding process of complex ICT projects.

l   Understand and execute the bidding strategy, participate in solutiondevelopment, prepare the ES, and consolidate and analyze quotations.

l   Identify and drive efforts to resolve the issues in biddingoperations and solution development.

l   Ensure that the strategy and solution are accurately and reasonably implemented,bidding documents are delivered in a complete and timely manner, and processesare executed in accordance with relevant requirements.

l   Develop the solution, and conductnetwork design, bidding, and quotation for multiple products. Collect and analyzecompetitors' information, participate in developing and executing competitionstrategy

l   Build bidding Intellectualresource, Including: SOC library (Technology, Service, Commercial and so on),Bidding documents(Bidding supporting documents, Qualification documents,Bidding regulations), Bidding Intellectual libraries（customer analysis , competition analysis and so on）; Build pre-sale bidding regulations & procedures, and ensure therationality of the business procedure; Promote pre-sale bidding tools;

要求：
  有相关行业工作背景者优先

  熟悉ICT行业，IT/IP产品

  具备良好的沟通能力、执行能力、项目管理能力

  熟练掌握中文，英文以及一门欧洲当地语言（德语，法语，意大利语，西班牙等）
