Responsibilities: On-site support for sales engineer regarding customer requirements and client visits Customer requirement analysis and project technical feasibility study Support sales engineers for negotiation with clients, under different technical angles Supplier’s development and management, focusing on European telecommunication market Project launch support for organizing the internal and external kick off meeting in collaboration with the customer, the sales, the network engineer, and project team

Responsibilities: Sourcing and evaluating the suppliers and maintain vendor profile for commercial sourcing decision Support quotation to sales teams and assist in order placement including sourcing and ensure solutions are deliverable by provisioning team Assist in providing management reports for business intelligence in sourcing, market price trend and vendor performance evaluation Assistance for strategic partnership development plan to support the business growth for multi-product portfolio

Responsibilities: Design, specify and advise on the most suitable communications solution to satisfy enterprise customer Responsible for technical solution design and validation end-to-end Participate in the preparation and provision of high-quality generic products, services, regulatory and strategy presentations at seminars, conferences and trade shows. Participate in customer’s meeting with account managers, for the purpose of collecting and analyzing customers’ requirements Interact with multiple internal teams including sales, product managers, network engineers and procurement managers, as well as external teams such as technical teams of partners and subcontractors. Establish the technical engineering and solution design with an optimized cost by collaborating with procurement team
Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above in Telecommunication / Electrical Engineering or equivalent majors Minimum 3 years of experience in IT or telecom market Solid technical knowledge in IPLC, IEPL, IP Transit, IP VPN, especially familiar with ICT, 5G, IoT, Cloud and IDC are preferred Excellent analyzing and troubleshooting skills Excellent self-motived team player with profound interpersonal skills and quickly adapt to dynamic environment Fluent communication skills in both English and Mandarin Experience in ICT pre-sales support or related is nice-to-have

Responsibilities: Demonstrated ownership and accountability for end-end customer service experience Responsible for project delivery to customers, to guarantee deliver the projects in time and in budget Engage post-sales stage for Global Data Service and manage the customers when service get issue Work with various internal and CMI local companies for order activation and testing Professional project management and regular update to customer about order installation status Provide regular order implementation report for management review
Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above in Telecommunication / Computer Engineering or equivalent majors Minimum 3 years of experience in IT & Telecom service delivery Technical knowledge in IP network design and configuration, including routing and switching, WAN/LAN, WIFI, NAS, Firewall, etc. Excellent teamwork skills, ability to work across virtual global teams, self-motivated and able to work under pressure Excellent project management skills and communication skills Self-motived team player with quick adaptation to dynamic environment Fluent language skills in both English and Mandarin ITIL or CCIE certificate and any technical certificate in networking technology is an advantage
