Solution Engineer

HYNN specializes in providing turnkey solutions forbattery post processing, such as battery formation, capacity grading andhigh-precision battery testing. We have established long-term strategicpartnerships with world-renowned automobile and battery manufacturers. In 2022the European subsidiary was founded in Heidelberg Germany, which facilitatesall European projects. We are now looking for Solution Engineer to join theHYNN EU team to support our European projects.

Responsibilities

·        Engagingcustomer from technical perspective, design solutions and present to customersaccording to their requirements.

·        Be responsiblefor solution and product quotations for bidding projects, answer SOC andclarify technical solution, etc.

·        Lead thecontract handover meeting with project management and R&D department afterwin the bid for solution and scope disclosure.

·        Promote  the  GTM of  new  solution and  product,  and assist  in  the training  of  product technology  and  selling points for marketing and salesdepartments.

·        Build  local solution  integration  capability, cooperate  with  suppliers and  design  turnkey technical  and  commercial proposal. Maintain therelationship with local partners.

Requirements

·        Bachelordegree or above, major in mechanical design and automation, mechatronics, etc.

·        Experience inlithium battery production, lithium battery testing equipment, and automatedproduction lines is preferred.

·        CAD designbasis; experience in design and manufacture of automated equipment; Knowledgeof electronic circuits and mechanical design.

·        Good atteamwork and good communication capability.

·        Very good verbaland written communication skills in English.

·        Proficiency inthe Microsoft Office suite and relevant professional software.

·        An ability totravel frequently across Europe.
