Task description:

Support and coordination throughout the realisation of complex projects
Assembly line / pre-assembly line, car body shell, body frame, mounting parts, additional parts, and retooling parts planner
Design and construction of entire assembly process, welding / manufacturing cells, and insertion place
Checking of components and jointing processes using Catia V5, RobCad, process designers
Realization of all necessary equipment, operating resources and     devices in the respective construction phase
Design / selection of suitable welding guns
Preparation of tender documents, obtaining of offers, comparison of the offers
Active participation in design meeting with suppliers, writing protocols
Monitoring and coordination of equipment installation, building site supervision, scheduling and cost tracking
Monitoring of the project progress(Budget / Schedule / Quality)

Requirements:

Bachelor degree or above in mechanical engineering, vehicle manufacturing or any other comparable final degree
Experience in the automotive industry in one of the above mentioned fields
Good system skills, primarily of our customers Volkswagen, BMW or Daimler
Fast and good training skills in new systems
Good team player with outstanding communication skills
Creativity for technical solutions
MS-Office skills
Good English written and spoken, German language preferred
