[Münster] 暖租 1-Zimmer in 4-Zimmer WG

   其实是转租。我在明斯特lntemationale Studentenwohnheime 租了一个房间，截止12月底。但是，我11月底就要离开，所以只好转租。不过，如果觉得住的合适，签订长期合同也可以~（当然是与lntemationale Studentenwohnheime e. V.）

   这个街道两旁都是两层的house，每个house里面4个独立的房间。楼上3个，楼下1个。我想转租的是楼下那个大房间。22平米。有落地窗通向后院的小花园。门前过了草坪就是小区马路。这个房间也可以供2人居住。
整个house家具齐全，有一个公共厨房（配置有电磁炉版面，冰箱，电热壶，水槽以及餐具等），洗手间楼下一个，楼上一个，楼上的洗手间有冲淋喷头以及浴缸。地下室暂时比较空旷，只有一个洗衣机。

   交通的话，5~10分钟可以到达不同的公交站，6路或者8路站点。附近步行10分钟可以到Kaufpark，TEDI，ALD等比较齐全的超市，也有一些小超市及书店，水果店，面包店等。环境优美，安静，家南边不远处有森林，是骑车或者慢跑的好地方~
   
   房屋图片和房屋建筑图有需求的同学请邮件我，一天之内必定回复。邮箱：sophia1123.wang@hotmail.com , 这个房间由于面积很大，而且入住后水电暖气全包，所以租金350欧元，比较高（有合同为证）~但是，如果有同学有意向的话，我们可以再argue一下租金~

Our houses are terraced houses, consisting of four rooms in different sizes, with the rent depending on
these sizes (250, 300 or 350 Euro). The rooms are single rooms, but the big room on the ground floor can
be used as a double room, if needed. In this case we charge an additional rent of 50 Euro per month. Each
house contains a fitted kitchen, a small dining room, a bathroom with shower and bathtub, toilet, storage
rooms, washing mashine and has a garden and terrace. The rooms are furnished and there are also
blankets and pillows available.
The number 6 and 8 busses have stops close to the houses (Paui-Engelhard-Weg or Gremmendorfer Weg)
and there are many supermarkets and other shops nearby.
You can rent the rooms for months or even half a month, but we are not able to charge for single days.
If you should arrive on weekend or out of office hours you should fix a date a couple of days prior to your
arrival to get the keys and your contract .
