一、学院简介 /Introduction of SEE

重庆大学电气工程学院创建于1935年，是重庆大学历史最悠久、学科底蕴最深厚的学院之一，是国家首批博士学位授权点单位。目前，学院是国家“双一流”重点建设单位，拥有“电气工程”国家重点一级学科、输配电装备及系统安全与新技术国家重点实验室、 “111”国家高校学科创新引智基地等国家级科研教学基地。

School of Electrical Engineering (SEE), established in 1935, is one of the oldest and strongest schools in Chongqing University, and is among the first doctoral degree conferring units in China. SEE is a key unit of the country’s construction plan of first-class disciplines and world-class universities. It owns a national first-level key discipline (Electrical Engineering), a state key laboratory of Power Transmission Equipment & System Security and New Technology, an innovation base supported by 111 Project.

二、论坛简介 / Introduction of the Forum

重庆大学海内外优秀青年学者论坛电气工程学院分论坛，拟通过学术报告、学术交流、技术参观和人才洽谈的形式，旨在将海内外优秀青年学者汇聚在中国最年轻的直辖市——重庆，促进海内外青年学者之间的交流，增强不同研究领域之间的合作，吸引优秀青年学者来院发展。

The 2018 International Forum for Outstanding Young Talents, School of Electrical Engineering, Chongqing University will be held in the forms of academic report, meeting with faculties, school visit and negotiations on talent introduction, aiming at gathering outstanding scholars all over the world to Chongqing—the youngest municipality directly under the central government, enhancing the interaction and cooperation among prominent young scholars with interdisciplinary backgrounds, and attracting them to work at SEE.

三、报名条件 / Basic Qualifications

1.邀请对象/ Invited Scholars

年龄一般在40岁以下，具有博士学位，品行端正，身体健康，有优秀的学术潜质，已在相关学术领域崭露头角，具备带动学科发展或独立发展一个学科方向的能力，具有学术发展潜力和学术领军人物潜质的青年优秀人才。

SEE sincerely welcomes talents who have a Ph.D degree, have great academic performance in a certain field, have potential to lead or develop a discipline, and are generally under the age of 40 and healthy.

2. 学科领域 / Main research fields & disciplines

电气/电子工程，先进材料与器件，人工智能科学与技术，分布式供能与可持续能源，能源信息与经济，储能技术，信息与通信工程，计算机科学及技术，控制科学与工程，化学工程与技术，应用数学（大数据），物理学。

Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Advanced Materials and Components Artificial Intelligence Science and Technology, Distributed Energy Supply and Sustainable Energy, Energy Economy and Management, Energy Storage Technology, Information and Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Science and Technology, Control Science and Engineering, Chemical Engineering and Technology, Applied Mathematics (Big Data), Physics.

四、交通食宿 / Travel expenses

论坛期间，学院负责为受邀参会者免费安排论坛期间食宿。受邀参会者自订机票，学院予以报销往返经济舱机票及市内交通费（报销的最高限额如下：欧美等地1.5万元/人，亚洲国家1万元/人、港澳台或境内0.5万元/人）。

SEE will cover travel expenses (economy class air tickets and transport within the city), and provide free accommodation and meals for invitees.

Upper limit of reimbursement:

RMB 15,000 Yuan per person for invitees from Europe and North America, etc;

RMB 10,000 Yuan per person for invitees from Asian countries;

RMB 5,000 Yuan per person for invitees from Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, and Mainland China.

五、日程安排 / Schedule

• 11月2日，报名截止；
• 11月9日，全天报到，安排住宿；
• 11月10日，主论坛开幕式及参观；
• 11月11日，学院分论坛开幕式、报告及交流讨论和技术参观。
  

• Nov 2, deadline of application;
• Nov 9, registration and check-in;
• Nov 10, opening ceremony of the CQU Forum and campus visit;
• Nov 11, academic presentations, meeting with faculties and laboratory visit of the SEE Forum.
