Job Description:

Business Support Systems (BSS) - are the components that a telephone operator runs its business operations towards customer. BSS and OSS platforms are linked in the need to support various end to end services.

As a BSS engineer, Software and Hardware technology needs to be used in your daily work. You need to manage many different tasks and deal with unexpected situation.

Essential Job Duties:

-      Daily maintenance of the ONLINE system (Software and Hardware).

-      Supporting maintenance team to deal with customers’ complains.

-      Create several full-in tickets through the Zsmart system, tracking these tickets and making a feedback for the problems received for intervention

-      Communicating with customers

-      Serve as a key point of contact for external clients with regard to daily servicing inquiries.

-      Handle complex projects autonomously

-      Provide high client support remotely as well as onsite

-      Participate in software evolution tasks

-      Testing and evaluating the software our company develops

-      Assure preventive and corrective maintenance and propose enhancements

-      Provide basic training to our partners/final clients in the use of the software

-      Guarantee deliverables quality

Skills, Education and Experience:

-      Database (Oracle,Mysql...)

-      Linux/UNIX

-      Shell,Python,Perl...

-      Cloud computing basics

-      If you know Jave,C,C++ will be better

-      High team spirit and dynamic

-      Ability to priorities tasks in a frequently hectic environment

-      Excellent communication skills and fluent in Chinese and English (Both written and spoken)

-      Any other language will be a strong asset (French is better)

-      Minimum Bac 3+ diploma, preferable in computer science or electrical engineering

-      Solution driven & problem solving oriented

-      Good skill in using informatic tool especially Office
