Senior Expert Commercial Analysis (m/w/x) (Kaufmännische Fachkraft)

Parma GmbH urgently is looking for a senior commercial expert who has several years of experience in automotive part procurement for OE and AM levels and has a very excellent talent in negotiation with automotive parts suppliers. The main responsibilities of the candidate are as follows:
• Commercial Correspondence, Finding suppliers, Setting contract Conditions
• Perform and coordinate all foreign commercial affairs such as sourcing, corresponding, negotiating, ordering, order registration, and all other import & export process formalities.
• Prepare purchase orders and review requisitions for goods.
• Research and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, selection, service, support, availability, reliability, production, and distribution capabilities, and the supplier's reputation and history
• Analyse price proposals, financial reports, and other data and information to determine reasonable prices
• Continuous follow up about the latest status of current orders and any claims on defectiveness or shortages of cargoes
• Plan and coordinate all activities of custom clearance
• Straight monitoring and recording of orders such as items purchased costs, production/loading plans, and delivery of orders/cargos

Requirements:
- University qualifications: Business Management, English language, or Mechanical/ Electrical Engineer
- Previous experience: at least 5 years experience in the Automotive industry
- Specialist knowledge: Very Good Knowledge of English Language (4 skills) Good Command of Computer Skills (MS-Office, Outlook, Internet) Good Knowledge of Import & Export Regulations Familiar with different banking payment methods
- Other Skills: Flexible in work - Language Skills: German and English (the Chinese language is a positive point)
