要想在念书的时候就试足将来的工作环境,实习是个好办法,只是很少有好报酬。在实践经验丰富的同事指导下,学到的理论知识可以首次得以实践。有时,实习可以帮助人们确定,一直孜孜以求的职业目标是否真的适合自己。实习生的工作即便有报酬,一般也不会很高。知名公司和机构提供的实习机会很受欢迎,因此:多头行动、及早报名!. W9 Z, |" m0 m8 ^' h
在有些专业,特别是一些社会学领域的专业里,实习是必修项目,或是在学习中,或是在入校前必须完成。因为实习有时是发放录取通知的前提条件。通常,大学生要自己找实习职位。但对于必修的实习,学校会助一臂之力来安排,甚至会建立一个高校内部的实习数据库。

面试的应答与技巧(转)

1、请你自我介绍一下?; Q' W( [* o1 q& i, H0 n1 |/ L0 D' s

    1)这是面试的必考题目。2)介绍内容要与个人简历相一致。3)表述方式上尽量口语化。4)要切中要害,不谈无关、无用的内容。5)条理要清晰,层次要分明。6)事先最好以文字的形式写好背熟。$ V. Y9 F1 [+ v

0 P/ b$ ?0 W$ W/ r8 B9 J- V许多很优秀、明显竞争力很强的人同时拿到大公司与中小公司的聘书时,却选择了工资并不高的小企业,他们考虑到优秀人才在小公司出头的机会更多、更早,可见小企业也有它吸引人的地方。

  有些同学还爱问公司给新员工提供了什么培训机会,以显示自己虚心好学。在大家都问的情况下你问一问当然不会显得你的提问水平特别低。但这实在不是最好的问题,所以还是不要一上来就问,不能把它当作重点问题来提出。  f2 f2 D+ R" t6 ?, ^; C" ^6 g
建议同学们可以向几年前加入有关公司的师兄师姐们多加询问,他们公司的员工发展机会、工作挑战、职业生涯路径是怎样的,这些既是他们力所能及的,也是你最关心的。* |0 b2 y) h0 q
假如你在面试前做了很好的相关研究分析,不妨就公司发展战略问一个微观、具体问题,但不能一无所知地问,而是要在了解的基础上进行深入探讨。3 }5 r0 E+ ?" k0 w

许多人只从表面上了解工作性质,甚至对自身的了解也流于表面,认为善于交流的人就适合做营销,沉稳的人只适合搞研究。其实,善于交流的人如果不能踏实工作,而且过于自傲、不善于察言观色,也做不好营销工作。反而是那些被认为只配埋首研究的人由于爱动脑筋反而更受客户的尊重。面试时同学们可以根据自己在这些方面的观察谈一些看法,但也要认识到自己涉世不深、阅历尚浅,对任何问题的看法都有待完善。+ h7 ~* f6 w3 s: C' I1 z0 k" W

  倒不如承认自己有弱项,如果不在压力的环境中得到锤炼,也就不可能往上提升。有些基本功不够扎实,没有通过单调、枯燥的工作得到磨炼的人,将来在挑战性很大的工作中,很难有毅力去征服困难。某种程度上,早期的单调工作对长远的更大成功是一种难得的磨炼机会。

这是一道非常危险的题目,一方面,这可能意在考查你的人格是否健全。有些人,属于心智发育不全者,总是爱在背后说三道四,飞短流长,议论人非,这是非常不可取的,没有哪个正经的单位会吸收那些能给工作带来不必要的麻烦和增加人际关系成本的员工的。在此,只应对以往的单位作事实判断--诸如企业性质、从业范围、人员构成等,不去涉及其经营状况等商业秘密,尽量避免价值判断--像其经营思路是否正确、用人是否妥当、关系是否融洽、客户是否挑剔、前景是否看好、老板是否有过人之处等等。要知道,品评别人在很多时候是犯忌的。但是,另一方面,这也许是此单位在刺探商业情报,在从你的简历上知道你所效力过的单位后,试图根据你所提供的信息来了解其竞争对手方方面面,营销策略、人员构成、产品价格、发展战略、宣传广告、人际关系、客户材料、核心组合、薪酬标准、供求状况、渠道建设、管理设计、周边支持等等林林总总。这种刺探情报是世界性的问题,但在你来说没有权利和义务为其提供这种信息,而且对这种不道德的企图应该从是否适合于你今后供职于此的高度来谨慎考虑了。, b" {, r; j9 j: g, I

21、你计划在公司工作多久?2 m% x- `, B& q% M! A* H/ G% X

! e. J; b8 U. q- m" q0 v- M' c这个问题不难回答,问题是你有时候实在不想说:"我愿意做一辈子"、"也许几年"或者其它相类似的话。那你应该如何说呢?你需要重新架构回答内容,先说你想待在这家公司的原因,将话题转到这份工作能激励你哪些潜能、对你有多少吸引力。例如,你认定这份工作能使你一展才华,你要这样回答:"只要机会一直存在,我就会一直待下去。

22、你对工资有什么期望?% z; S5 n, W! {

* V8 p4 ]4 p3 M2 T; ]6 Z- r自己应该如何出价呢?若没有把握,可以给出一个幅度,下限可以低些,上限不要太高,这样进可攻,退可守。在工资问题上,最容易出问题的是有些人恨不得在面试第一轮就先知道对方能支付多少工资及福利待遇如何。这可是你被拒的致命误区。在这个问题上大家有一个错误的理解,以为工资谈判是面试中的重要部分,其实招聘公司录取你的前提是对你各方面都满意,此前无需过早谈论工资。# x( Y/ S$ T" f! z3 h, a) Q+ J

今天去西门子面试.我是一周以前收到的面试通知.然后就开始准备资料.所以今天表现的非常的好.让那几个德国人很满意.我想在德国肯定有很多兄弟姐妹们需要一些材料.我就把它发上来了.希望能对你们有所帮助.我这个人不太会写东西.所以就简单几句吧.第一是准备材料.主要是按照你的简历上面的写的.比如你在那学过什么东西.用过什么东西.做过什么PROJECT没有之类的.反正是在你简历上写的你会的东西.你能说出个大概来。(我写了会pro/e,其实我真不怎么会.就看了点PRO/E的目录.然后就和他乱侃.其实我觉得问你那个人也不是太懂.毕竟是人事部的.你一定要很有信心的说就OK了.反正我是这样.)第二我觉得面试主要是看看你的语言和态度.所以要找一些能形容你的性格的词语.第三就是你要申请的职位.我建议大家在去面试的时候要把这个公司的网上的内容大概读一下尤其是关于你要申请的职位.这样你心中大概有了个底了.第四就是最好能说一下如果你干这个工作会给这个公司带来的好处.比如你的性格细心.还有你有比较强的学习新东西的能力.你比较灵活之类的.就写到这里了.如果有兄弟姐妹们还有问题.就给我发消息吧.呵呵.下面我把准备的资料发上来.; j- P; y2 a6 q# |" O( G+ p3 O

While working at K-mart, I was one of three people to work in the electronics department. One day upon arriving at work, I was told the district manager was coming the next day to do a store inspection. The two other people who worked in electronics were both over 55. Neither could lift heavy objects, and one refused to work at all. As a result, the electronics department was usually left to me to keep stocked with product and kept in order. I had about five hours of work time to get the entire department in order. Those five hours passed around, and there was still a substantial amount of work to be done. I asked the store manager if I could stay and work after hours while the overnight stockers were there. He said that because of the employment budget, he could not let me. I was faced with bringing the entire store's rating down, so I suggested a creative staffing solution, allowing me to work the extra hours while temporarily reducing the hours of the other two members of the department. Because of this solution, in a matter of hours, the department was in tip-top shape -- and still under budget. And the results? Yes. My past experience as an Administrative Coordinator required me to deal with many serious situations since I held emergency on-call duties as a supervisor. One example was when I was called by a Resident Assistant to deal with an attempted suicide on her residence hall floor. The situation required that I think clearly and quickly in this life-and-death situation. I had to weigh the many tasks that needed to be completed. I had to assign RAs to call 911, make sure that EMS could get into the locked building, while at the same time applying first aid, and ensuring that the rest of the residents on the floor were OK. I also had to make sure the privacy of the resident in need was respected. I basically prioritized and dealt with each task by its importance. I delegated responsibility to RAs for things that they were capable of handling because I could not physically be in many places at once. Once the resident was taken to the hospital, I was responsible for paperwork and follow up to make sure the staff members, residents, and the resident-in-need adjusted back to "normal" life. I know this is an extreme example not found in the financial consulting field; however, it shows just how well I can deal with extreme pressure.

When I was a resident assistant at my college, a student I did not know asked me if he could use my phone to call another room. Although I did not know the student, I allowed him into my room. He used the phone and in the course of his conversation, he stated that he had just come from a fraternity party and was high from taking some drugs. Well after his conversation, I had to enforce the student conduct code by writing him up. He became very hostile towards me and would not give me any identification or information. I stood in the doorway to prevent him from leaving. I noted the serial numbers on his keys, so when the situation got to the point where I felt unsafe, I allowed the him to leave. My supervisor was absent once when I was in charge of a soccer game. An actual assault took place at the game. A player hit the referee. With no supervisor to turn to, I immediately called the police, who quickly restored order to the situation. I felt I made an effective decision.
