TUM注册遇到问题了，求助

各位前辈，我是TUM的计算机的新生，我注册的时候给他们提交了我缺的材料，毕业证和学位证的翻译公证件，毕业证是接受了但是学位证的状态显示的是incorrect，我注册时候那个人问我为什么学位证上面没有成绩，我的神啊，国内的学位证上就是没有成绩，他的原文如下：

Degree certificate

Please send us a provisional degree certificate if you are currently unable to present us with a final degree certificate. Please note that this certificate must list all grades, including those relating to bachelor/degree work. You must submit your degree certificate to the TU Munich enrolment office as soon as you have received it, since this can have an impact on the continuation of your studies. if original not issued in English or French, certified copy of original and certified copy in translation

谁来帮帮我，该怎么做，前辈们注册遇到过这样的问题吗，你们的学位证上也没成绩吧？求教我现在已经在慕尼黑了，国内本科是武大的。

请问，那个TUM On-line 申请，是怎么完成的，我也在申请，遇到问题了，我总是Anmeldung fehlgeschlagen! 你指点我一下吧！
