Head of Claims
Job Description:
1. Organize the establish and implement the strategies and annual plans for claims, disaster prevention and loss management, according to the companies' overall strategies and requirements;
2. Establish and improve the system for claims, disaster prevention and loss management. Improve the relative regulations and procedures. Supervise, inspect and lead the implementation of the regulations and procedures;
3. Coordinate and optimize the quality management process system for claims management. Organize claims quality analysis, inspections and assessments, and propose recommendations to improve the overall quality of claims management;
4. Formulate a detailed work plan of the department. Supervise the implementation of the department's operation, and ensure the achievement of the department's annual goals;
5. Develop a staff training plan for the claims operation. Lead the staff's daily work to improve their performance.
Requirement:
1. Be familiar with insurance theories, clauses, claims practice and risk management. Be familiar with procedures of claims, disaster prevention and loss management;
2. Great risk awareness and control ability. Good at decision making, communication and team work.
