To support our team in Munich, we currently have an opening for a
Communications und Event Coordinator
main emphasis on Event and Content Management

The role:
Co-development and implementation of the communication strategy to support our communication and branding activities in German-speaking countries
Coordination of (Chinese) visitor groups in the Munich office
Management and coordination of events and activities
Coordination of departmental activities and content management
Support for the media positioning of the NIO brand
Regular exchange and collaboration with international marketing and communication colleagues on global projects and campaigns
Monitoring, analysis and evaluation of activities in Europe
Support for media events and customer events
Conception and continuation of a stakeholder management system
The requirements:
Completed studies, ideally in the area of humanities and social sciences or a comparable education in the area of event/communication
First professional experience in public relations and event coordination
First experience in dealing with all types of media
Fluent in Chinese and English (written and spoken) as well as good knowledge of German would be an advantage
High level of communication skills and a confident appearance
Secure handling of common MS Office applications
Self-initiative, responsible and enthusiastic
Willingness to travel (domestically and internationally) as required
