Advanced Specialist Total Vehicle Validation (Shenyang) Entry Level Position
Tasks Total Vehicle Validation confirms the achievement of the objectives of the costumer relevant vehicle properties. The Advanced Specialist Total Vehicle Validation carries out all activities to test, confirm and document the achievement of the objectives of the costumer relevant vehicle properties in order to be reported in project and board meetings. Key Responsibilities · To make binding statement in boards and to insist on the achievement of targets as representative of the critical customer · To derive and to provide objectives of the costumer relevant vehicle properties into target systems of the vehicle development process. Identify and clear conflicts of objectives · To define all test activities for Total Vehicle Validation at each milestone in a vehicle project · To charge the test departments to verify the particular development level in reference to the development targets · To verify vehicle properties basing on all testing results of the costumer relevant vehicle properties and the differences to the targets. Integrate results into documentation · To define dates of reporting (depending on above mentioned boards) · To assign the planning of vehicle testing in consideration of certain vehicle validation needs and the planning of vehicle projects · To integrate partners (I-teams, moduls, etc.) into the Total Vehicle Validation process (over all ressorts)
Chassis Design Engineer (Shenyang) Entry Level Position
Tasks: Development and design for localized systems and components Key Responsibilities - Development of localized systems and components in terms of required function, coherence with entire vehicle architecture according to specification - Intensive agreement with the process chain partner and BMW centers of competence - Coordination of development scope to achieve all agreed project targets (especially quality, cost, resource and schedule) - Assessment of local components in terms of coherence with specification demands - In charge of virtual hedging matching with complete vehicle architecture - Local supplier Managing in terms of target achievement. Management via regular leaded meetings. VCR and personal meetings - Pushing decisions for continuous product- and process improvement - Steering change management process Qualifications - Degree Engineer in "Mechanical, Automotive, Mechatronics" or comparable technical study - English language knowledge - Supplier management - Communication ability - Initiative and self-motivation - Steering and organisation ability - Cost and quality awareness - Project management skills - Ability to assert oneself - Development of chassis systems and components, hardware testing and manufacturing processes. Advanced Specialist COP-G. Safety Test (Shenyang) Entry Level Position Tasks Overall CoP process owner for BBA product and in this role responsible for CoP-requirements and monitoring of the CoP process in plant, ensure the Conformity of Production against product lines at any time for all products. Key Responsibilities - Involve BBA regulation process and define CoP requirements in terms of Safety, High voltage, Noise and EMC tests according to the confirmation of authorities - Request the latest CoP relevant, model specific technical data from data base and provide them to the respective CoP-x - Create procedural instructions, pre-settings and checklist, output to CoP test responsibility - Monitor about tests implementation and status by plants - Collect test results for any kind of reports and for evaluation purposes, generate CoP reports for authority and management - Steering of problem solving process in case of safety test failure and deviation of parts identification including solution finding with product line and CoC’s - Support CoP external plant-audits and random inspections on site - Collect, check and confirm the validity and correctness of CCC certificates of parts - Report mismatch data to deviation management responsibility, track status untill deviation elimination
