作法:用8分满冰块冰摇杯,倒入配料,摇至外部结霜,倒入鸡尾酒杯,置于杯垫上。
来历:上海曾为欧美各国的租界地,这款鸡尾酒无论是色香味反映的就是旧上海的风貌,故名

·为了保证效果要注意奶油的厚度，并且倒入奶油的时候动作要轻，尽量使分层明显

·酿成之后碧绿透明，被诗人称作“绿色缪司”或者“绿色仙子”。 它含有一种有毒化学物质侧柏酮，可致人产生幻觉，也因此臭名昭著。
·古罗马战车竞赛的冠军要饮上一杯浸着苦艾叶的酒，提醒胜利者光荣也有苦涩的一面。

·法国产的茴香酒。浓度为40-45%。
·1915年Absinthe被禁之后，主要的Absinthe厂（Pernod和Ricard）便加大茴香比例代替苦艾发明了Pastis
·在法国最受欢迎的Pastis品牌是Pastis51，而在美国最受欢迎的的是Ricard和Pernod
·Pastis的来源据说应该是片中后面那个说法，代表兑水饮用的「混合」。

·土耳其的传统酒类，浓度约37%。最早是用榨出葡萄汁後的葡萄皮再蒸馏得出的高酒精度饮料。葡萄皮不够用了，便改用茴香了。
·Raki的词源是rakizio，指的就是蒸馏过程。
·当地人说RAKI是爱神为恋人调制的美酒。是两种清澈所调合而成的白色爱情

·上流社会的人们原本称它为兰休香槟，但因为它的色泽和鲜黄色的含羞草非常相似，所以取名为含羞草。在意大利，它的别名叫BacksFizz。
·这种以香槟为基酒的鸡尾酒，被喻为世上最美味、最豪华的柳橙汁。
·葡萄酒瓶的底部都呈山型状，这不是为了使容量看起来更多，而是有它的缘故在葡萄酒储存的时间越长，酒气越香，可是在储存的过程中会产生酒石和丹宁酸。当酒瓶站立时，这些沉淀物会沉淀到底部，如果瓶底平坦，沉淀物容易随酒一起注入杯中，要是酒瓶呈山型状，沉淀物会沉淀在凹陷处，就不会发生这种问题了。

·因其极细腻的泡沫也给人以天鹅绒的印象而得名，是欧洲的传统鸡尾酒。从19实际就开始为人所饮用。在原本的配方里，使用的是英国的黑啤酒Stout。Stout和香槟都是酿造酒（指没蒸馏），酒精浓度较低。
