The house price in Munich is really stable and fair, my cousin has just bought a 2 bed room flat in Beijing, 90 square meter, between the 4th and 5th ring, it costs over 3.7 million RMB, which is also over 400K euor, and I think the quality is a lot worse, I mean the surroundings, the flat itself looks really posh inside.! B% E& u* W" p
