Job Descripyion
1.responsible for defining product specification, Organizing prepartion/review of verification and testing criteria 
2.Being an intermediary/ a technological window between company and OEM, explaining and demonstrating technological solutions and addressing technogical problems, maintaining good customer relationship; 
3.Oragnizing and leading technological teams to analyse requirements and evaluate conformity of new projects
4.Controling R&D progress of projects. 

Qualification
1.Aged 40-45,Bachelor degree or above,Majored in Electronics, Material, Electrical science and Technology, etc;
2.Experience in managing and leading R&D team of more than 20 people and over 10 years experience in automotive lighting research and development;
3.Able to formulate R&D plans for Automotive lighting, lead the project team to conduct special core technology research and realize the target output;
4.Able to develop and plan Automotive lighting technologies and promote the sustainable development of such products and technologies;

Job description:
1. Responsible for software system analysis, in response to business requirements;
2. Participate in software general design, and detail design;                                             
3. Responsible for coding, unit test;
4. Responsible for documentation of software development;
5. Responsible for the function, quality, security, and performance of software.

Qualifications:
1.Bachelor/Master degree in Computer Science or related area, 4 years or above Java development experience，over 2 years system analysis experience;
2. 2 years or above configuration of WebLogic, Tomcat and other application server experience;
3. Strong knowledge and experience on Mysql, Oracle and other DB;
4. Experience of software general design, detail design, DB design documentation;
5. Familiar with JSP, Servlet, SSH, and MVC developing mode，Familiar with HTML/CSS/JavaScript/Ajax, and at least 1 AJAX developing framework (jquery);                           
6. Familiar with Web services and UML;
7. Must demonstrate self-development, communication, team work skills; Result oriented and independent competency;

岗位职责：
1、责公司系统的架构设计、解决方案研发；

5、对 Java EE 技 术 及 整 个 解 决 方 案 有 深 刻 的 理 解 及 熟 练 的 应 用 ， 并 且 精 通SOA / 微服务架构和设计模式；
6、熟悉Spring、Spring MVC、Spring Boot、Mybatis等框架；
7、精通大型数据库如 Oracle、Db2 、Sql Server 等的开发，有MongoDB、Redis等NoSQL / 分布式缓存数据库其中一种或以上的开发和使用经验；
8、对软件工程标准规范有良好的把握；
9、良好的团队意识和协作精神，有较强的内外沟通能力；
10、英语听说能力良好；
11、有过基于TOGAF或其他企业架构方法论的IT战略咨询项目经验的优先  ；
12、有过互联网金融类或电商类平台开发和技术架构管理经验的优先。
