Geometry Engineer

(Shenyang)

The main missions of the role are to:

-     Establish and compile geometry deviation reports by tolerance stacks analysis especially during design development phase, to guide design detail (RPS, geometry structure,…) and to improve fit-finish and reduce cost.

-     Design checking fixture according to CAD data of product.

-     Support program to control product geometry quality by establishing or verifying related documents (PAF, CRT, 2D drawing …).

-     Discovering product dimensional defects by using measurement tool/equipment, and report to program team to help them finding improve orientation after launching.

-     Collect dimensional lesson learn and share them with others.

Qualifications:

-     Engineering bachelor degree or above

-     Strong communication skills and the ability to solve problems

-     Good English and familiar with 3D software especially CATIA.
