It is a brand new product offer in the German market. We look for an entrepreneur to work with us exploring this exciting market opportunity and grow with us.<br />                                                                                                                                 <br />Who do we look for:<br />Again, you are a person with a lot of entrepreneurial spirit and enthusiasm. Nothing here is mature and routine and we need to create the future together. You are able to work independently while also being a good communicator both with the team and with our customers & business partners. You are honest, committed and dedicated to your work and with a strong sense of responsibility. You are a good planner and also good at execution. For doing our international business you should be able to speak English and perfect German. We prefer a long-term player who is willing to take on many challenges.<br /><br />What are your tasks:<br />1.        You help us to create our website. So you need to be a good Internet talent. You need to maintain & manage our online sales (over homepage, Ebay shops and direct marketing). <br />2.        You help to manage the logistics, from inbound logistics (importing) to outbound logistics (arrange shipping products to end customers) by working with our logistics partner companies.<br />3.        Customer care. You help to answer our customers’ questions by email and sometimes by phone.<br />4.        Supplier management. You talk to our suppliers planning and arranging the purchasing activities<br />5.        Production management. You look over the production and sometimes you may also need to roll up your sleeves to help in the factory.<br />6.        Support developing and executing marketing management strategies. (pricing, promoting, channel strategies and product strategies).<br />7.        Communicate & cooperate with our business partners (Handelsvertreter) in support of our whole sale business<br />8.        Help to understand the government and EU directives to ensure we are operating in a legal environment.<br />9.        Help in basic accounting and book keeping<br />10.        Participate in new business development<br />You do not need to be an expert of all the above-mentioned tasks (the list can go on as we grow), but you need to be sure you have the capability of learning by working. <br /> <br />What do we offer you (why working for HiStyle)<br />1.        We offer a combination of low base salary and very attractive commissions package.
