Ihre Tätigkeitsschwerpunkte sind:
Your responsibilities:

• Assisting the project managers for general tasks (e.g. documenting project progress and tracking open points)
• Preparing and translating (CN<->EN) project-related documents (e.g. bidding papers)
• Arranging project-related travels
• Organizing project meetings/telcos with customers and for weekly internal project review
• Supporting office administration
  

Sie qualifizieren sich durch:
Your profile:

• Fluency in Chinese and English, German is a plus
• Excellent organizational skills and diligent work style
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Working experience related to project management is a plus
• Working experience in logistics and/or quality management is a plus
• Team spirit and service mentality
• Interest in automotive industry
