We are looking asap for a

Working Student (m/w/d) in the Sales Department - 20h/week

to support our Sales Team in all administrative and organizational tasks

Your Tasks:

·       Maintaining Customer B2B-Systems

·       Maintaining Price Management & Contract Review inCRM, creating customer orders in our ERP-System (PLEX)

·       Creating monthly Sales-Reports

·       Creating monthly Sales-Forecasts

·       Support the Sales Manager in Budgeting

·       Other administrative and organisational tasks

Your Profile:

·       Good Knowledge in MS-Office

·       Fluent English- and German skills, good Chinese skills

·       Team player

·       Good organizational skills, able to set priorities

·       Able to work under timely pressure

·       Hands-on mentality

·       Good communication skills with intercultural skillsand open-minded

·       High analytical skills
