InternationalHR Specialist (Half-time, m/f/d)

…in our European Headquarters in Mörfelden-Walldorf (near Frankfurt),Germany.

Principle Duties andResponsibilities:

•              Providing consultation for managersand employees about employment relevant issues and coordinating with HRdepartment of the Headquarters

•              Leading recruiting process inGermany and other European countries

•              Managing employee on-boarding and off-boardingprocesses as well as performance reviews

•              Cooperating with payroll servicecompanies and ensuring timely and correct monthly payroll closures in thedifferent Western European countries

•              Managing contracts, writingreference letters and other documents

•              Improving HR processes and workatmosphere continuously

•              Providing day-to-dayadministration of HR policies

Knowledge, Skills and AbilityRequirements:

•              Bachelor’s degree in HumanResources, Business Administration or similar

•              2+ years in international HRManagement with wide knowledge and solid understanding of European HR knowledgeand processes

•              Working experience in amulti-cultural environment and preferred in Chinese companies

•              Fluent in English and German(written and verbal), being Chinese is a plus

•              Strong organisational skills,being detail oriented to detail, ability to multi-task and work in achallenging fast paced environment

•              High sense of responsibility andteam spirit
