International HR Specialist (Half-time, m/f/d)

…in our European Headquarters in Mörfelden-Walldorf (near Frankfurt), Germany.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

•              Providing consultation for managersand employees about employment relevant issues and coordinating with HR department of the Headquarters

•              Leading recruiting process in Germany and other European countries

•              Managing employee on-boarding and off-boarding processes as well as performance reviews

•              Cooperating with payroll service companies and ensuring timely and correct monthly payroll closures in different Western European countries

•              Managing contracts, writing reference letters and other documents

•              Improving HR processes and work atmosphere continuously

•              Providing day-to-day administration of HR policies

Knowledge, Skills and Ability Requirements:

•              Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or similar

•              2+ years in international HR Management with wide knowledge and solid understanding of European HR knowledge and processes

•              Working experience in a multi-cultural environment and preferred in Chinese companies

•              Fluent in English and German (written and verbal), being Chinese is a plus

•              Strong organisational skills, being detail oriented to detail, ability to multi-task and work in a challenging fast paced environment

•              High sense of responsibility andteam spirit
