Sales Support Job Description
You will mainly support German business operation process, order follow up with clients and with internal team (finance,
legal, logistics, customer service, controlling, production).
Responsibilities
• Complete the quarterly/annual sales tasks formulated by the management and be responsible for the payment
collection, managing customer orders and sales contracts
• Order follow up, from signing contract to order completion
• Consolidation and coordination with clients, provide client with solid after-sales service, to ensure order processing
is customer-oriented
• Promote the signing of the contract, identify the key risk points in the contract and communicate with customers
according to the opinions of all parties in the contract review
• Participate in internal sales activities, align and cooperate with sales manager and internal departments (finance,
legal, logistics, customer service, controlling, production...) to ensure smooth fulfillment of sales orders
• Support of the sales team in organizational and administrative matters of day-to-day business
• Sales ledger data maintenance, data registration and maintenance
• Actively contact and explore potential customer bidding opportunities
• Visiting, receiving and maintaining relationships with important customers
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner by phone, email, text message and other platforms
• Pay attention to the latest trends in photovoltaic market
Requirements
• Fluent German, fluent English, Chinese native speaker
• Successfully completed bachelor's / master's degree or commercial training in business administration or similar
subject areas
• First relevant professional experience in the field of sales assistance (1-2 years)
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
• Good communication and interpersonal skills. Internal, external and cross-cultural communication ability
• Organized and patient, good coordination skills
• Conflict management skills and flexibility
• Empathy and enjoyment of working in a team
• Proficient with MS office software
