磁性材料业务-副主任外销师
入职要求:本科及以上学历,具有两年及以上磁性材料行业工作经验,英语流利,中文为母语者优先。 掌握磁性行业发展趋势,了解风力发电、新能源汽车行业、工业自动化等市场需求。 了解汽车行业质量管理体系(重点在汽车行业质量管理体系),熟悉大客户管理中各项体系审核要求者优先。 对市场有一定的洞察力、敏感性,能及时发现、反馈市场问题,并具有问题的解决能力。 具备团队合作精神,有较强的沟通能力与技巧,能适应经常出差。
岗位职责:主导开发欧美市场,分析行业客户的共性,竞争对手信息,针对不同客户制定灵活的营销策略,提升我司海外市场份额及知名度。 收集磁性材料前沿信息,能够根据市场变化反馈给总部所需要的改进与技术研发,负责海外市场售后工作。 协助集团公司预约拜访客户、来访接待工作以及后期回访跟进工作,深化客户关系。 关注磁性材料行业人才资源,为公司引进先进技术人才。

With an ever-growing business in Europe, we are now hiring a Magnetic Materials-Business Development (Manager). Work Place: Frankfurt, Germany.
Magnetic Materials-Business Development (Manager)
Requirements:Bachelor degree or above, with 2 years or above working experience in the magnetic materials industry, Fluent in English, Native Chinese is preferred. Grasp the development trend of the magnetic industry, and understand the market needs of wind power, new energy automobile industry, industrial automation and so on. Understanding on the quality management system of the automobile industry (focus on the quality management system of the automobile industry), and be familiar with various system audit requirements in the management of key accounts is a plus. Have a certain degree of insight and sensitivity to the market, be able to find and feedback market problems in time, and have the ability to solve problems. Have teamwork spirit, strong communication capability and skills, and be able to travel frequently.
Responsibilities:Lead the development of the European and American markets, analyze the commonalities of industry customers, and competitor information, formulate flexible marketing strategies for different customers, and increase our company's overseas market share and popularity. Collect cutting-edge information on magnetic materials, and be able to feed back the improvement and technology research and development required by the headquarters according to market changes, and be responsible for after-sales work in overseas markets. Assist the group company to make appointments for customer visits, visit reception and follow-up work for later return visits to deepen customer relationships. Pay attention to human resources in the magnetic materials industry and introduce advanced technical talents for the company.
