JobResponsibilities:

·      Complete daily procurement activities covering the procurement process,such as quotation, cost assessment, negotiation and contract signing, etc.

·      Responsible for the supplier management and cost saving, quality,delivery and other procurement performance of the corresponding category group

·      Complete daily work including the maintenance of relevant procurementdata in ERP and support project procurement according to the process needs

·      Responsible for supplier sourcing, development,monitoring and risk control of the corresponding category group

·      optimize the total cost through cross-departmental cooperation and use of supplierresources

·      The workflow of the Project AcquisitionEngineer includes, but is not limited to, the following:

- In the pre-sales phase, provide the appropriate project budget tosupport system sales and sales

- During the project execution phase, support project managers tocontrol material and external costs, quality and delivery of outsourced partsto achieve project goals

- Develop project procurement plans, execute RFQs, sign procurementcontracts and related approval processes, monitor the procurement contract execution process, and work with project managers andsuppliers to manage project risks through countermeasures and escalations

JobRequirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above, withengineering background and related majors
• 2-3 years of project procurement experience
• Experience in procurement of logisticsequipment and automation projects is preferred
• Great verbal communication skills
• Contract management and project managementskills
• Proficient in the product knowledge of theresponsible category group (logistics equipment, network equipment, automationsoftware and hardware, conveyor equipment, on-site installation services, etc.)
• Skilled in operating K3/ERP and other software
• Strong sense of responsibility, seriouswork, proactive, strong anti-stress ability
• Excellent communication skills, strongpersuasion, execution and teamwork spirit, always able to keep up with the workprogress
