Technical Sales Support EngineerSparkoz is looking for a creative, focused, well-organized and highly motivated individual as a Technical Sales and Customer Support Engineer. A sales support engineer assists customers by dealing with complex issues and concerns, resolving them using their technical expertise. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing the Sales teams with onsite deployment, as well as remote technical support for all Autonomous Cleaning Robot sales. The after the sale support and data analysis will be a priority to ensure a superior customer experience.

Responsibilities:

· Learn the technical details of our Autonomous Cleaning Robot products fast and become an expert in understanding the ROS Robot Operating System in a short time.

· Remote support of the customers' needs in technical troubleshooting and case resolution.

· Solve OS issues and problems, summarize and provide feedback to the Factory Support Team

· Manage Daily Tasks Reports to identify any issues from the previous day and provide remote assistance

· Directly coordinate Demonstrations, Onsite Tests, and Deployment Schedules with sales rep

· Perform mapping and route planning for onsite demonstrations, onsite tests, and deployments.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science

· 1+ years of work/intern experience is preferred.

· Strong hands-on ability, strong interest in Autonomous Cleaning Solutions

· Willing to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.

· Fluent in English and Bilingual in Chinese preferred.
