Technical Assistant

Your Responsibilities
Assist in providing technical support and guidance to resolve technical issues related to direct current fast charging and energy storage for customers and third-party service providers.
Responsible for managing spare parts for the technical department in Europe, including but not limited to inventory records, stocktaking, receiving, and shipping of spare parts.
Assist with daily testing tasks in the laboratory, including but not limited to failure analysis and repair, and writing test reports.
Collaborate with the headquarters' research and development team to analyze European Union technical requirements and develop solutions.
Assist in analyzing post-sales issues and providing solutions for customers.
Provide technical support for bidding and projects.
Any other assigned job responsibilities and travels.
Requirements:
Preferably some work experience.
Currently enrolled in undergraduate or graduate studies, with a preference for majors in electrical/mechanical engineering, computer science or other majors in Science and Engineering.
Passionate about electric vehicles, sustainable development, energy transition, or electrification.
Priority given to those with a Class B EU driving license.
Bonus points for experience in embedded systems or programming languages.
Proficient in both Chinese and English, with a good level of proficiency in German.
Excellent communication skills, a team player, customer-oriented with the ability to provide solutions or proposals.
Willingness to travel.
