• Establish clear mile stone plans in cooperation with MTU-FN MA-department during the setting up process of new Joint Ventures.( m' F. b/ [; x& O
• Team-member in Joint Venture projects: Act as a coordinator between JV-partner and MTU/Tognum-organisation.' }' I$ y8 u$ K% J
• Supervise the implementation of post transaction tasks for currently established and newly set-up Joint Ventures. Responsibility: Ensure that the Joint Ventures act in accordance to the agreed business plans and the Tognum rules and regulations described in the Joint Venture contracts.) c, N: C% o8 d) Q8 x# W8 A
• Monitor the performance of the assigned Joint Ventures in relation to the agreed business plans and the respective market and business development.% H0 a! P7 k8 Y' ^
• Settle disputes between the Joint Venture partners. Responsibility: Ensure proper behaviour of related parties.
