A friend of my husband has been caught by the MVV staff when she was trying to sell her ticket, they called the police as well. N( C) K) EI often give the ticket free to somebody who looks confused infront of the ticket machine after arriving my final stop, also with the pay and display parking ticket, if the time didn't run out when i leave, I give it to somebody who has just parked there. However, it has never crossed my mind this could be illegal, probably it's not a good idea to do so as it's quite strict with eveything here.

There must be some kind of condition which says the ticket can only be used one time, otherwise the MVV will lose lots of profit and they are not stupid! But I don’t think this is a problem if you just give it to someone for free, because you are not profiting from it which should have belong to MVV. I am not so sure about all the details, but believe me what I said about the friend, she is a German and she said some German do that as well, but if you are unlucky, then you may have to pay the fine if you sell the used ticket… * e, [; b c% ~5 {" M) `% m( ]6 r$ @2 i8 a
