Manufacturing Area

Planning Engineer

Job Description:

-Engineering and design of manufacturing process

-Planning and implementation of manufacturing equipments(MAE)

-Improving manufacturing processes

-Supply localization efforts, evaluate and implement product parts localization, evaluate and implement consumable localization, focusing on current quality requirements and cost reduction objectives

Qualification Requirements:

-Master degree with engineering major

-Quality tools (FMEA, APQP, and SPC)

-Good English communication, German as a Plus

Industrial Engineer

Job Description:

-Work on projects about improving capacity, cycle time, quality and ergonomics

-New workplace design according to latest IE principles like

-MTM (method time measurement) and Optimize line balancing

Qualification Requirements:

-Bachelor of industrial engineering/mechanical engineering or equivalent for years engineering

-Good English communication, German as a Plus

Process Engineer

Job Description:

-Responsible for process improvement (including capability and capacity improvement)

-Support production scrap rate decrease

-Responsible for introduce new process from lead plant and also develop new process according to production demand

Qualification Requirements:

-Master degree with Mechanical, Chemical or Process Engineer background

-Experience in ECM, EDM or cleanliness process is welcome

-Good English communication, German as a Plus

Cutting Process Engineer

Job Description:

-Define process parameters for new cutting process

-Improve process capability and capacity of cutting machines

-Control process of advanced cutting technology such as 5-axis CNC machining center

Qualification Requirements:

-Bachelor/Master degree in mechanical engineering, process engineering or related

-Good English communication, German as a Plus

-Knowledge of automated cutting systems

Programming Engineer

Job Description:

-Responsible for maintaining and improving the software for production control

-Provide technical support to diagnoses the error on station in production line from software side

Qualification Requirements:

-Bachelor degree or above with Automation or computer or related specialty background

-Familiar with PLC programming, has the basis knowledge about industry control line

-People with e-plan electrical design experience will be considered first

Grinding process Engineer

Job Description:

-Develop, control and optimize the process influence factors and parameters for grinding application in accordance with the production requirements

Qualification Requirements:

-Bachelor or Master Degree in mechanical or manufacturing engineering

-Knowledge of material science, NC or software programming

-Good English communication, German as a Plus

Mechanical Design Engineer

Job Description:

-Design Gauges, fixtures and measuring devices

-Design Special production devices with pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical actuators

Qualification Requirements:

-Bachelor or Master Degree in mechanical or manufacturing engineering

-Knowledge in mechanical engineering with 2D and 3D CAD system

-Knowledge of engineering material, e.g. steel, hard metal and plastics

BPS Engineer

Job Description

-Bosch Production System (BPS)-project planning in Manufacturing (MFx) regarding improvement of production efficiency

-Execution of BPS-projects together with the MFx, TEF and CLP departments

-Learn management know-how transfer to MFx, TEF and CLP

Job Description:
